Each provider we work with is assigned a dedicated billing representative who acts as their primary point of contact and fully manages all aspects of their revenue cycle. This one-on-one approach ensures consistency, clear communication, and a deep understanding of your unique needs and workflows. Our reps are trained to be highly responsive, proactive, and detail-oriented, so you’re never left waiting for answers or unsure of your next steps. With a client-focused mindset and a commitment to service, your representative becomes an extension of your own team—handling claims, addressing issues, and keeping you informed every step of the way. This model allows us to deliver a more personalized and dependable experience, building strong relationships with our clients and giving them peace of mind that their billing is in expert hands.

Our Process

  1. . Initial Communication
    We start with a simple introduction—whether by phone, email, or message—where you let us know what you're looking for and how we can help.
  2. Consultation & Quote
    We’ll schedule a consultation to better understand your needs and tailor a plan. Based on the scope of services, we’ll agree on a percentage-based service fee and provide a clear quote for credentialing if needed.
  3. Onboarding & Transition
    Once the quote is approved, we begin the transition. Using Smartsheets, we’ll securely collect all necessary information and documents to get started efficiently.
  4. Service Execution
    With everything in place, we take over your billing process. This includes claim submission, A/R management, payment posting, verification of benefits, coding assistance, and more.
  5. Ongoing Communication
    Your designated representative will be available via email, Smartsheets, phone, text, or video call. We prioritize responsiveness, addressing any concerns or urgent issues within 24 hours.
  6. Weekly Claim Submission
    Claims are submitted on a weekly basis to maintain steady cash flow and minimize delays in reimbursement.
  7. Monthly Invoicing
    At the end of each month, you’ll receive a detailed invoice via QuickBooks based on collected amounts. Payment can be made easily online.
  8. Credentialing Services
    If credentialing is needed, it can be provided as a monthly ongoing service or on an as-needed basis, depending on your preference.
  9. Flexible & Easy to Work With
    We’re here to make things easier, not harder. If adjustments are needed and they work for both sides, we’re happy to make them. We strive to be flexible, approachable, and aligned with your goals.

Our founder, a lifelong Utah resident, brings a strong background in business and a passion for supporting healthcare providers. With a degree in business and hands-on experience working with mental health and therapy practices, he understands the unique needs of the industry. His professional expertise spans business management, finance, analytics, strategy, development, and marketing—skills he uses to help providers streamline their operations and grow with confidence. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active and spending quality time with his family. Driven by a genuine desire to see others succeed, he’s committed to helping practices reach their full potential and deliver exceptional care without the stress of managing the billing process.
